Optima™ concealed casement hinges pair a stainless arm assembly with an adjustable track, shipped separately and ordered by their own part numbers. Arms come in standard, wash, and egress styles at 10" and 14" lengths.

Two stack heights are offered: the 7/16" [11.2 mm] industry standard, and a 1/2" [12.7 mm] version for profiles where weather strip drag or fin seal cutting is a problem.

In the field the hinge adjusts .078" in both directions — 25% more than competing hinges — using either Ashland's flat wrench or a standard 7/64" Allen key.
