The SightLine™ SC-1 is a fastenerless flush tilt latch for vinyl single and double hung windows. An aggressive stile snap engages deep into the sash stile as the latch is pushed home, so no screw fastening is needed and the latch stays put.
A continuous .090" rail wraps around the latch housing to carry structural load, and the ergonomic actuator gives a smooth, quiet pull. The latch sits flush to the sash for a streamlined look.
Specifying an SC-1 runs in four steps: choose the latch nose size and style, choose stile snap or screw post attachment, choose a square or radius housing, then choose the actuator or cover.
